When oil separated and all spices encorporated well Than add boiled potatoes(add salt to taste during boiling) into chicken mixture and lemon juice also. Cook at simmer for 10 minutes.
Now layer rice and chicken mixture one by one and cover the lid tightly. Add yellow food colour on top of light. Cook on simmer till 10_15 minutes. Mix before serving and enjoy with raita and salad.
