Prepare 2 large tomatoes

Take 1 tbsp lemon juice
Take 1 tbsp chopped ginger
Prepare 1/2 tsp whole spice powder
Take 2 _3 green chillies
Instructions to make Spicy Chicken karahi:
Chopped tomatoes and make puree after blending them. Keep a side
Heat oil in a wok and fry chicken pieces till light golden.
Add ginger garlic paste into chicken and fry again. Than take out in a plate and keep a side
In the same wok add finely chopped onion (optional) and fry till light brown than add tomato puree and cook to reduce water
Add red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, crushed black pepper powder, crushed cumin seeds, crushed coriander leaves, table salt, pink salt, yoghurt and cook till oil seperated from tomatoes and masala.
Now add fried chicken piece into masala and mix nicely.
Add qasoori meethi, fresh coriander, lemon juice and chopped ginger. Mix well
Now add splitted green chillies and Sprinkle whole spice powder on top. Mix well add water if needed to make desired consistency of masala
Cook for another 1_2 minutes and than dish out to serve to your family and friends. Garnish with chopped ginger, coriander, green chillies.
