Take a bowl and mix all the bun ingredients well and knead with lukewarm water until smooth. Cover the dough and keep for 2-3 hours in warm place.
Now marinate the chicken with all the ingredients and keep for 1 hour.
After an hour shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces and keep them aside.
Now make 2 big balls with the dough and roll them, they should be thick about 1/2an inch and cut with a container's lid.
Fold all the rolled buns and keep them on greased idli moulds and steam for 8 minutes on medium-high flame.
Now assemble all the buns., First mix all the sauces and apply inside the bun, put chicken pieces,capsicum and onion rings and sprinkle chilli flakes and chopped tomatoes.
Buns are ready to serve.
