1heat oil in a pan add onions ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add Kashmiri red chilli paste paprika powder black pepper powder salt sugar and ketchup. Let it cook for few minutes then add soya sauce and 1/1 cup of water.
Remove from the fire and blend it, your sauce is ready.
FOR COATING - - Kurkure 200 grams,chopperize in the food processor or crush it with the rolling pin
Marinate the chicken tenders with all the above ingredients except buttermilk and flour. - 2. Let it marinate for 1 hour. - 3. Now at 3 tablespoons of flour to the buttermilk and a pinch of salt.
Now dip the marinated chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture and and coat it it with the kurkure. - 5. Place them on the baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
